The purpose of this study is first, to verify the impact of Chinese tourist's destination choice attributes and the risk attributes of those destinations on the over all satisfaction of the Chinese tourists. Second, it is the verification of the negative impact of Chinese tourist's destination choice attributes and the risk attributes of destinations Third, it is to study the negative impact of the experience of Chinese tourists in Korea on their desire to change tour destinations. Fourth, it is to study whether tour destination selection attributes and risk factors affect as intermediaries the tourist's desire to change tourist destinations.
A total of two hundred seventy-two questionnaires were used to verify the hypothesis of this paper.
To summarize the results of the study, first of all, the attributes of tourism selection that significantly influence on tourism satisfaction were shown as attractiveness, accessibility, facility service levels. Second, the risk attributes of tourist destinations, which give significant influence on tourism satisfaction, were shown as crime, disease, and economic risks. Third, the tourism selection attributes that contribute significant negative influence on tourism destination conversion intention were shown as attractiveness, accessibility, facilities and service levels. Fourth, the risk attributes of tourist attractions, which give significant influence on the tourist' intention of changing tour destinations, were shown as crime, disease, and economic risks. Fifth, tourism satisfaction has been shown to have a significant negative impact on the decision to change tour destinations. Finally, it was shown that the satisfaction which is in the relationships of attractiveness, accessibility, facility service level, crime, disease, economic risk and destination change intent were partially mediating.
Based on these findings, the implications of this study are summarized as follows. First, it is believed that Korean tourism organizations should advertise and promote the attractiveness of tourist attractions, accessibility, facilities service levels in order to attract Chinese tourists. Second, in order to attract Chinese tourists, Korea's tourism organization should aim to bring about security, safety against diseases, and economic safety as a way to promote better tourism satisfaction. Third, the Korean tourism organization should further advertise and promote the attractiveness, accessibility, facility service levels of the tourist destinations in order to prevent Chinese tourists from switching to other countries. Fourth, a Korean tourism-related organization is believed to be able to prevent Chinese tourists from switching to other tourist destinations by appealing for Korea's security, safety against diseases and economic safety. Fifth, the Korea Tourism Organization should conduct customer surveys to gain a deeper and clearer understanding of what Chinese tourists are satisfied with and what they want in order to promote further tourism. Finally, the Korean tourism organization should provide more investment and improved services on the attractiveness, accessibility and facility service level of a tourist destinations to prevent a decrease in the number of Chinese tourists. In addition, in terms of the nature of tourist risks, the government should prepare measures to reduce and solve crime, disease, and economic risks.
