Unemployment problems of young people are getting worse. The retirement of the baby boomer generation has also become a serious problem. The government and related organizations are trying various ways to solve these problems. In this situation, this study was to analyze the relationship between the effects of working people potential entrepreneurs' design thinking and start-up forum on entrepreneurial intentions.
For this, 3 hypotheses were established and the method of questionnaires survey was used by referring to questionnaires from previous studies. The survey was conducted by working people potential entrepreneurs who are now employed in Gyeong-nam Province. The results of empirical analysis are summarized as follows.
First, the hypothesis that "The characteristics of design thinking will have a significant effects on the enterpreneurial intention of working people potential entrepreneurs" was adopted. Among the features of design thinking, significant factors were influenced by experimentalism and collaboration. Optimism, integrated thinking and empathetic ability were also analyzed that had positive effects on the start-up intention. In other words, 5 features of design thinking had significant effects.
Second, the hypothesis that "The characteristics of design thinking will have a significant effects on the satisfaction of start-up education of working people potential entrepreneurs" was partly adopted. It seemed that education will require integrated thinking and empathetic ability. If working people potential entrepreneurs had highly satisfied with entrepreneurship education, they would have more entreprenurial intentions.
Third, the hypothesis that "Satisfaction of start-up education will have a significant effects on entrepreneurial intention" was adopted.
Comprehensively, design thinking : empathetic ability, cooperation, intergrative thinking ability, optimism and experimentalism can help to increase enterpreneurial intention.
Therefore, it is necessary to educate about the characteristics of design thinking in order to increase the entrepreneurial intention on working people potential entrepreneurs.
