The human rights situation on juvenile laborer has been deteriorated, although the amount of juvenile labour is increasing day by day. Therefore, human rights education on juvenile laborer is crucially essential for all the juvenile ages to recognize their rights, as well as to manage to the obstacles that they are confronted. Under the assumption that the current situation on human rights education of labor market is still very vulnerable, the purpose of this study is focused on the analysis on the current situation of juvenile laborer's human rights and to propose to the alternative methods for the improvement of education plan on human rights situation of juvenile laborer.
First of all, I have looked up all the human rights standards of juvenile labor based on the international legal system including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Convention on the Rights of Child, etc as well as the domestic legal documents including the Constitutional Law, the Labor Standard Act, etc.
Based on these legal standards, I have analyzed the problems and limitations of the current education system in view of human rights to be applied in the labor site where the young and juvenile people are working to make money. What I have found is that the strengthening of reasonable human rights education is essential and the objects of the education need to be spreaded out to the employers as well as employees. More specifically, various and systemic improvements are needed to be developed, on labor education parts of the institutions including the National Human Rights Commission and the Ministry of Labor, the Metropolitan and Provincial Offices of Education, etc.. The immediate remedial actions of the text books which is carrying the human rights education on the youth labor are also emphasized. For the systemic cooperation, governance between the education bureaus and civil society including the non-governmental organizations and educational institutions is suggested as an alternative for protection and promotion of human rights of youth laborers.
