In the era of global economy, the organizational identification plays an important role for researchers. And the employees' organization socialization will influence their organizational identification. Besides, the employees' job satisfaction will influence their behaviors in the organization and the harmonious organizational citizenship behavior is the guarantee of multinational companies to maintain core competiveness.
This article discuss the relationship between organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior, and have also examined the moderating effect of job satisfaction and organizational socialization.
The data were collected from 179 employees who work in multinational company in China, and there are 158 samples used to do data analysis by SPSS.
Results indicated that organizational identification is positively associated with organizational citizenship behavior, besides, job satisfaction and organizational socialization also have a moderating effect on the relationship between organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior.
