The aim of this study was to investigate the various parameters including self-efficacy, perceived ease of use and usefulness affecting the behavior and satisfaction of leaners in an on-line English educating program (EEP) provided by the Korea Minting, Security Printing & ID Card Operating Corporation (KOMSCO) which has emerged as one of the effective educating method with development of information technology. The survey was conducted for employees who attended the EEP and 149 samples were collected. In this study, a hypothesis was established through data concerning behavior and satisfaction of leaner for the EEP was analyzed using SPSSWIN version 21 in term of an exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. Additionally, the parameters affecting to the behavior and satisfaction for EEP was then analyzed with the ease of use and usefulness perceived by technology acceptance model (TAM) which is aimed at explaining an individual’s intention of behavior. The self-efficacy (t value=4.071, p value=.000), perceived ease of use (t value=2.958, p value=.000) and perceived usefulness (t value=4.791, p value=.000) exhibited the positive effect to behavior of leaner in EEP, leading to the enhancing satisfaction of leaner with all these parameters. As a result, the leaner showed the positive behavior and enhanced the satisfaction to the EEP resulting from the high level of content for self-efficacy, perceived ease of use and usefulness based on advantage of online program with development of information technology. Furthermore, well developed online language program revealed the high educating quality among the various online programs due to the significant similarity with face to face-educating system.
In this study, the behavior and satisfaction of leaner to the language program based on online system with exploratory factor was analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. These results elucidated online educating program led to the positive effect on the self-efficacy, perceived ease of use and usefulness, and thus, it suggest educating program based on online system can be a potential candidate for the language educating program, requiring to the sustainable development and the increase of its feasibility, accessibility, and popularization.
