The goal of this study is to show an improved case through diagnosis, analysis and improvement by adjusting MI-NPS Digital Factory Practice in a Korean company which manufactures automobile part. This project went through analysing 4M(Man, Machine, Method, and Material) based manufacturing sites and maximizing productivity by designing a better factory layout. This study will establish a new intellectually recognizable manufacturing system to demonstrate the maximum with minimum investment by focusing on the improvement of operation method, eliminating unnecessary elements and reducing movements of production.
