This research is written with the purpose of an effective application plan and an advance in satisfaction of duty of non-commissioned officers based on analysis of various reasons that effect on the satisfaction of duty. To look into the satisfaction of duty of non-commissioned officers, the survey about the achievement, the fairness of all the systems, the specialty and the role of each duties, had been excuted among the officers and try to find out what non-commissioned officers are experiencing and having a difficulty with. The results will be listed below.
Based on the research of the satisfaction of duties of non-commissioned officer, personal features of officers did not make a big difference on the satisfaction of duty, but the idea and the hope that non-commissioned officers can have in how high they can be promoted in the future and how each of them can contribute to their country shows an incresement in their satisfaction in duties. In the feature of duty, as higer and more difficult the goal is, the satisfaction of non-commissioned officers who makes an effort in their skills of tactics and the talent as a leader gets increased. To make an improvement in the satisfaction of the non-commissioned officers, each of them needs to be motivated, rightful change in their feature of role, and reconsiderence of their capacity to handle theier duties and the country supply the wel-fare of needs to be considered to make a improvement. As the non-commissioned officers think that they are having no difficulty, their promotions and the improvement of skills gets escalated. Other than above, wel-fare of ministry of national defence needs to be provided and the development of systems of political supports are serviced to make a reinforcement of role and these features will make the active and progressive non-commissioned officers that will lead themselves as the advanced academic units of elite army.
