Today CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) and SRI(Social Responsible Investment) is increasingly emerging as the new paradigm that demands a response from business community on abroad. CSR is one of the best way in which a company can get trust from society.
The environment of the business is changing rapidly. Interested parties are all related to its business including the stakeholder, the government, nongovernmental organizations, business partners, trade associations, consumers and employees are concerning on these issues.
In this study, I seek to explain the growing factors of the influence of CSR like a economical, social/institutional, environmental and enterprise inner influencing factors. As well as, I intend to verify the relationship between the factors and CSR activities, the factors and Business Performance, and the factor and Business Performance.
This study tested empirically several hypothesis about the meaningful relationship of influencing factors such as social/institutional, environmental and enterprise inner factor. The relationship between the factors and business performance is partially proven in environmental and inner factors, especially is wholly in social/institutional factor. The relationship between CSR and business performance is meaningful in the Short-term outcomes(products) aspect.
Even if this study is partly shown about hypothesis, it means that CSR is very important in the business strategy to survive on the competition. First of all, that the support by the social system and emphasize about corporate ethics are necessary is consensus on business.
