By analyzing health satisfaction, admission satisfaction and manners in accordance with golf participating characteristics of golf galleries, this research will study the difference in health satisfaction, admission satisfaction and manners according to characteristics of golf participants, and influence of health and admission satisfactions over matters, so we could find mutual relationships. I would like to provide basic materials to create right admission culture by acknowledging problems on manners of golf galleries, and finding plans to revitalize golf admission culture as we understand expectations of golf participants. Moreover, I hope this study could be helpful for marketing in the industries, which is related to gold industry or opening golf competitions. To achieve the aim, I conducted surveys that follow random sampling with 1,100 golf participants and then carried out frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, One-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis with 1,017 survey papers that were possible to study and obtained results as follows.
First, I performed Cross-tabulation Analysis to examine years of experience in the golf field according to demographic characteristics. All demographic characteristics were found to be meaningful in terms of statistics, including gender, age, academic background, occupation and average monthly salaries.
Second, for distinction of health satisfaction according to demographic characteristics of golf galleries, these distinctions were also significant for statistics. Actually, men have higher satisfactions in their health including physical and mental health, when compared to ladies.
Third, for differences in admission satisfactions according to demographic characteristics of golf galleries, I also studied that these dissimilarities were meaningful. Technical satisfaction and event area, men's satisfactions were higher than women.
Fifth, difference in health satisfactions according to golf galleries' characteristics of participating golf, I discovered that there is a meaningful difference in terms of statistics. Firstly, health satisfaction disparity for experiences, more than ten years had less satisfaction in their physical health than those between four to six years, while for mental section, players with less than one year and between one and three years of experiences had lower satisfaction than the ones between seven to nine years
Sixth, in search of admission satisfaction contrasts in accordance with to golf galleries' characteristics of participating golf, there are significant statistic distinctions. For admission satisfactions, less than one year had lower technical satisfaction than the ones between one to three years of experience. On the other hand, event satisfactions had fewer satisfactions among those with more than ten years of experience than the ones between four to six years.
Seventh, difference in manner according to golf galleries' characteristics of participating golf, I found meaningful differences in terms of statistics. For experiences, negative factors of all manners had significant distinctions between groups, while admission manners were less popular among the ones under one year or between one and three years, when compared to seven to nine years. For clothing manners, those with less than one year of experience had the lowest manners.
Eighth, mental health was found to be β=.470, which proves that admission manner will be higher if their mental health is better. When I studied each factor in details, both mental and physical health had important significances for statistics, among two individual variables.
I expect that this research will be a foundation to develop plans to activate golf admissions and create mature golf admission culture, as people can learn right admission manners, by analyzing health satisfaction, admission satisfaction and manners according to golf participation characteristics of golf galleries, with outcomes of this research as basis. If marketers in the golf industry could create an active marketing strategy for golf participants, who are interested in professional golf competitions, they will bring very significant outcomes in industries that are related to golf competitions.
